T.I. made some controversial comments during his appearance on yesterday's episode of "The Whoolywood Shuffle," hosted by DJ Whoo Kid. As they talked politics, the conversation turned to Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton.
"Not to be sexist, but I can't vote for the leader of the free world to be a woman," he said. "Just because every other position that exists, I think a woman could do well. Every other position. But the president, I just know that women make rash decisions emotionally and later they make very permanent cemented decisions and then later, it's kinda like, it didn't happen or they didn't mean for it to happen. I sure would hate to just set off a nuke."
The Atlanta rapper took to Twitter this afternoon to apologize for his comments. "My comments about women running for president were unequivocally insensitive and wrong," he wrote. "I sincerely apologize to everyone I offended."
The entire interview was pretty tumultuous as T.I. also called Travi$ Scott "Iggy in a black man's body." Whoo Kid took down the video but World Star naturally has it up and running on their YouTube channel. Watch below:
