If you didn't catch Cozz's wave when he dropped his Dreamville debut, Cozz & Effect, then now's the time. The rapper, who also appeared on the recent Revenge of the Dreamers 2 compilation, came through last night with his new mixtape Nothin Personal. The project is primarily produced by Cozz affiliate Meez, who helps tie a cohesive sound together. One of the stand-outs on the tape features an HNHH favorite, Boogie, "City of God."
Meez cooks up a haunting backdrop for the two West Coast MCs, complete with a chilling piano melody and an aggressive but melodic hook from Cozz.
