Chief Keef and his label, FilmOn TV, have announced a concert, "Bang 3 Hologram Fest," in which Keef's hologram will perform tracks off Bang 3, including those from the unreleased second disc. The concert will take place in Los Angeles on September 18, exactly a month after Bang 3 Pt. 2's initial August 18 release date.
As the concert is in L.A., it seems Keef's hologram will finally be able to perform an entire show. Previous attempts to have the hologram perform in Chicago were shut down by police due to Keef's outstanding warrants in his hometown.
The "Bang 3 Hologram Fest" will also include other surprise hologram performances, rap battles, pop-up shops, laser tag, and more. Both the concert and the after party will be live streamed on FilmOn.com, and those serious Sosa fans will be able to live chat with Keef as part of the "premium" stream. Keef shared the poster for the festival on his Instagram, which shows a drawing of the famous "Scarface" scene in which Bolivian cocaine kingpin Alejandro Sosa has Tony Montana's partner hung from a helicopter upon discovering that he was a police informant. In the poster, of course, Chief Keef plays the role of Sosa.
