The Weeknd has killed it two weekends in a row at Coachella. He called last weekend's performance "the greatest night of my entire life," so fans were expecting something special for weekend #2. It was a one-man show the first time around, but for his return show last night, Abel brought out a very special guest.
Closing out the festival Saturday night, The Weeknd delved into more deep cuts from his catalog before surprising the crowd with a cover of Kanye West's "Heartless". Suddenly, "Heartless" goes into "Can't Tell Me Nothing", and Yeezus himself enters the stage to a stunned and delighted sea of screaming fans. Kanye went on to deliver his own mini-set, performing "Black Skinhead", "Don't Like (Remix)", and, his latest single, "All Day".
Coachella attendees experienced a rare treat last night. Check out footage of the performance below, including clips of Kanye crowd-surfing and doing the #YeezyDance.
