It’s always a joyous occasion when Chris Brown and Tyga link up. The two party boys aren't here to strain your mind necessarily, rather, they're here to ensure you have a good time with easy-listening, pop-leaning music. When they first teamed up back in 2010 with their mixtape Fan of a Fan, we were unsure what to expect. After managing to deliver a strong project laced with infectious party starters, the two friends decided to re-up for their sophomore endeavor Fan of a Fan 2.
Fan of Fan 2 allowed them to take things up a notch and experiment even more. This time around, Chris Brown even decided to step into the arena of rap and drop bars with the likes of 50 Cent, Pusha T, and ScHoolboy Q. This week, we decided to pit Tyga and CB one-on-one and choose their five best joints on Fan of a Fan 2. Who got the better verse this time around? Check it out.
"Westside"
Tyga decided to flex and put on for the Westside on the intro for Fan of a Fan 2. He definitely did his thing lyrically and delivery-wise. “A 100 thou, 300 kilos, my chain is illegal/My life a Tarantino, tomorrow you in the sequel/It’s a big dollars fucking with this big screen/Shit done got crazy on the side lately, tell her don’t scream." As for CB, he once again was delegated to double duty with hook responsibilities and rapping. "Look Virginia n*gga on a California king size/Pull your panties to the left, let a g slide/Bonnie & Clyde, ride or die, that’s what you need right/Her daddy OG, she grew up on the East side," he rapped. Chris’ flow was great on this, but Tyga managed to sneak past because his delivery was a bit smoother.

“Ayo”
The chemistry between these two was immaculate on “Ayo.” Chris and Tyga know how to vibe together on records, but something about their single “Ayo” was different. Maybe it was when they were bar for bar on some Jada and Styles P flow on a party record? Still, the record was dope and made its way through the clubs. "Aye babe this my new shit/I’m the black Richie Rich with the roof missing/If it don’t make dollars, it don’t make sense/Z, wake up like I gotta get it," rapped Tyga. The party didn’t stop there for T-Raw. "I get money three ways, fucking bitches three ways/7 different foreigns plus she no hable." Chris came through on his baby Bobby Brown, reckless with the flow attitude, which worked out perfectly on this track. "I’m tryna fuck Coco, this don’t concern Ice/If I motorboat, she gon motorbike," he rapped. Talk about not giving two cents about another man’s chick, especially Ice-T! CB’s lines were reckless, funny, and damn right trill.

“I Bet” Featuring 50 Cent
“I Bet” was another dope cut from their collaborative effort Fan of Fan 2. This time, Chris Brown went first and kicked off the show. "Ho, shut the fuck up, miss me with the bullshit/Balling like a bitch, all my n*ggas hood rich/Bring some bitches to the crib, show ‘em what the wood is/Your bitch look like shanaynay," Chris Brown said. Brown continued his onslaught with some vulgar lines later on in the verse. "Make her life her skirt up, if she’s nervous I’m a pervert/I be in the pussy deep, a n*gga fuckin’ up her cervix," he said. Once again Chris Brown’s frenetic energy outperformed Tyga. Who knows, maybe Chris felt like he had to put on his rapper shoes when he stepped in the booth with Tyga?

“D.G.I.F.U” Featuring Pusha T
In this braggadocios track, CB and Tyga flexed hard. Both opted to bring out their big boy flows and go double-time on the beat. We can’t front, when CB and Tyga decided to pay homage to Dr. Dre and Eminem and kick that “Forget about Dre” flow, we got goosebumps for a split second. "Y’all know me, the still same OG, Young T-Y-G/ Hated on by most n*ggas/But I still keep shittin’ on n*ggas low-key/I don’t fuck with you to the third degree," rapped Tyga. Chris countered back by using Em’s flow and rapped, "Nowadays everybody wanna talk like they got something to say/But nothing comes out when they move they lips/This extended clip will make Buddha shit/ Shawty comin’ and pull up with hooter tips." Tyga’s decision to switch flows and revert back to the '90s by doing his best B.I.G. impression with his "Notorious Thugs" flow was mighty dope at the end. T-Raw was in pure form on this one.

“Bitches N Marijuana” Featuring ScHoolBoy Q
This track was damn near flawless. Chris Brown played double duties as he contributed with not only the hook, but a verse alongside his brethrens Tyga and ScHoolboy Q. Tyga had the first slot, rapping, "T-ballin’, globetrotter/Got a bunch of pre-rolls and a gold lighter/Think you on fire? You gon’ need more fire/I tell her that’s all you get like Street Fighter." He continued dishing out more heat towards the opposite sex with lines like "I got that long clip, fall asleep to the movie," and "That body cold, chess game like a pawn to me." CB jumped in after and followed up with the same intensity. "Pull up, got the fat sack/With some clean motherfuckers, no hood rats/Yeah we suited and booted, you know your bitch ‘bout to toot it’/She want love from a n*gga that’s a heart attack, Yack," rapped Brown. He even incorporated some of his intoxicating vocals to punctuate his verse. We gotta go CB for this one.
