Janet Jackson makes her return to the music scene today with her first album in seven years called Unbreakable.
Containing 17 tracks in total, the follow up to 2008’s Discipline features guest appearances from J. Cole (“No Sleeep”) and Missy Elliott, who appears on the title track “Unbreakable.” Executive produced by long-term collaborators Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, here’s what the two had to say about the project in a press release:
“It’s wonderful to be creating again with Janet. From songwriting, producing, arranging, singing, dancing, acting, she deftly does it all and truly personifies the word artist. Unbreakable is a gift to all of her fans who have steadfastly stood by her.”
Available today on iTunes, Unbreakable can be streamed in its entirety below via Spotify. Check it out.
