The last few records we've received from Dorrough Music, aka Six 3, have been steady heat, including collabs with DJ Paul and Riff Raff. He's now back with a solo record, "Japanese," and it's some of his best work to date. He's known for the natural bounce in his flows and his catchy one-liners, but "Japanese" is a lyrical assault unlike much of his previous work.
The song is ultimately dedicated to the gas, and how it sends Dorrough off to the Far East, but he comes through with total aggression, dialed-in for the whole song. Dorrough tells us that "Japanese" is "the hardest song I've ever recorded." Take a listen and see for yourself.
"Japanese" is the lead single off Dorrough's upcoming EP, Six 3, which the Dallas rapper plans to release in January 2016.
