This past weekend, A$AP Rocky gave us some pretty hard evidence of his newfound fondness for mushrooms in the form of the hallucinatory artwork for his upcoming album, A.L.L.A. More importantly, it paid tribute to his fallen partner A$AP Yams, showing his face emerging out of the top of Rocky's head. Today, the A$AP leader gives us alternate art that features a similar, albeit less trippy, homage. Check it out in the gallery above.
This time, Yams' iconic facial birthmark is the only trace of him, and appears on Rocky's unaltered face. It keeps the black-and-white aesthetic of his last two projects alive, while splicing in a touch of purple, the color Rocky emerged on the scene repping almost four years ago. Check out his Instagram post below, and let us know what you think.
