T-Pain: still got it!!!
The Toast of Tallahassee took the stage last night for a surprise performance at the FADER Fort at SXSW. Backed by a live band, he performed 42 songs in all, a mixture of his old bangers and material from his upcoming album Stoicville: The Phoenix with a few Kanye West, Rick Ross, and R. Kelly covers sprinkled in for good measure.
T-Pain has spent the last couple years overhauling his image; he's no longer the auto-tuned, dreadlocked, top hatted, stunna-shaded T-Pain we knew and loved from back in the day. Last night he looked totally comfortable with his new look and showed us once again why he was one of the undisputed kings of the aughts. Smash hits for days.
Check out a few of the best video clips from his SXSW show below:

[Update: Watch Full Sets From Big Sean & Migos]
T-Pain's run through his insane number of hits was the highlight from the Fader Fort, but both Big Sean and Migos also supplied some very inspired performances. Sean brought out E-40 to perform their smash hit, "IDFWU", and OG Maco supported his QC labelmates with an energetic performance of "U Guessed It" (is there really another way to do that song?). If you're still looking for more Pain, we've included his full hour long performance as well.
Watch the three full sets below.
