After Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff got locked up during a concert at Georgia Southern University, Offset is the lone group member who remains in jail, due to a prior felony conviction in 2013.
Earlier this week (May 5), we reported that Offset was caught fighting while in Bulloch County Jail, earning him additional charges for battery and "causing a riot." Another incident surfaced yesterday (May 9), further worsening the his chances of an imminent exit.
After a judge denied his plea to be freed on bond, due to his criminal record as well as the recent fight, Offset showed visible anger, reportedly shouting profanities as he was escorted out of the courtroom.
It looks like the 23-year-old rapper will remain in jail for the foreseeable future.
Though, following their arrests, Migos have delayed their "Yung Rich Nation" tour, they are still sticking to the June 16 release date for their debut album, YRN: Tha Album.
Think Quavo and Takeoff can hold it down in the time being?
