Kanye West jetted to Singapore this week, to take the stage at the country's annual SINGfest Music Festival on Wednesday, Aug. 4, where he performed his new single 'Power,' in addition to a few throwbacks that included 'Jesus Walks' and 'Heartless.'
Ye announced his arrival immediately upon landing on Aug. 3, writing to Twitter followers: "Singapore!!! The Roc is [in] the building. Landed at 4:30 in the morning, let me download this panoramic shot of how empty the airport was."
During his performance, Yeezy -- decked out in a neon pink suit -- took a moment to apologize to fans for all the drama surrounding his name in the past few months.
In a freestyle, he apologized for his mishaps and promised that he was now a changed man. "I'm so sorry to ya'll, every one of ya'll that had to fight for my name/Every one of ya'll a year ago that I made feel ashamed," Ye rhymed. "Every one that said, 'Kanye is that n----'... I am the one to blame and the people that I let down, I wanna tell you, right here, right now that I'm a new man and understand my position of power."
