Kanye West made his "Spaceship" announcement today, even though the music video leaked online years ago.

The talk of the town today (June 26) is Kanye West's latest partnership. When people speak of "power couples," they can't help but mention Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. Between the two of them, they own a number of businesses and have inked coveted deals with some of the most respected companies in the world, and their Kardashian-West takeover continues.

Earlier today, Kanye announced that he partnered up with the Gap for a new collection. Ths comes full-circle for Ye, and is quite an accomplishment, considering that once upon a time, Kanye was an employee of the popular clothing store. “I believe that Yeezy is the McDonald’s and the Apple of apparel,” Kanye West told The Wall Street Journal back in March. “In order to make the Apple of apparel the next Gap, it has to be a new invention. To invent something that’s so good that you don’t even get credit for it because it’s the norm.”

Back in 2004, Ye released his classic debut studio album The College Dropout. On the project was a track titled "Spaceship" featuring Consequence and GLC, and on the song, Kanye mentions being a GAP employee. While the leaked version of the "Spaceship" music video made its way to YouTube many years ago, Kanye decided to officially share it with the world. "UNRELEASED SPACESHIP VIDEO WITH GLC AND CONS," Kanye tweeted. "THIS IS WHAT WE DREAMED OF BACK THEN." Check out the video below and single along to a Kanye classic.
