Giannis Antetokounmpo has quickly become one of the most entertaining stars in the NBA thanks to his freakish athleticism and undeniable charisma. Simply put, the fans love Giannis and even if you don't support the Bucks, you can't help but want to watch them whenever he is on the court.
After a superb 2018-2019 campaign, Giannis was able to secure the MVP trophy. It seems as though he is on pace to win the MVP again although perhaps LeBron will come to wipe it away. Regardless, Giannis evokes a lot of pride in his home country of Greece and there are plenty of murals that pay tribute to him. Unfortunately, one was recently defaced on the anniversary of his MVP award. In fact, you can see that his face has been scribbled out and there are even Nazi symbols on his arm.

This sort of vandalism is pretty disgusting especially when you consider all of the racism that is currently going around the world right now. Many throughout the globe have taken to the streets to protest against racial injustice, and vile acts such as this one only set us back.
Hopefully, city officials can step in and have the art restored to its original condition.
