Migos' concert in Albany, NY last night ended violently, with reports of six people being stabbed. This evening, Migos tweeted out some more positive news--confirming that their debut album is complete.
Last week, Migos, Dj Durel, and their label, YRN the Label, surprised us with the Migo Lingo mixtape, which featured Migos rapping alongside Quality Control (and YRN) signees like Rich the Kid and Johnny Cinco, and now it looks like more music is on the way.
We previously thought the project would be called Y.R.N. 2, but last month Migos tweeted, "#YRN the album!!! Who ready???" Accompanying today's tweet is a picture of Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff, each of whom are tagged, along with 300 Entertainment, Lyor Cohen's label, which will be, presumably, the primary distributor of YRN the Album. They didn't give any hint of a release date, but be prepared for the three a-Migos to drop the album in similar surprise fashion as they did with Migo Lingo.
After several highly successful mixtapes, what are your expectations for Migos' debut?
