In an exclusive statement made to Page Six, Elon Musk denied having a threesome with model Cara Delevingne and Johnny Depp’s ex wife Amber Heard. This claim was made in response to Depp’s allegation that Musk, Delevingne and Heard were involved in a three-way relationship that began before Depp and Heard split in May 2016.
“Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate,” the SpaceX CEO stated. Musk also denied that Heard ever cheated on Depp, saying “Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing. I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!”
In spite of Musk’s claim, he and Heard were previously spotted cuddling each other in an elevator back in 2015, just a month into Heard and Depp’s marriage. Another source close to Heard also told Depp’s attorney that he was made aware of the relationship while Heard and Depp were still together.
Depp’s claims of Heard’s infidelity come alongside a $50 million defamation lawsuit, accusing her of falsifying evidence and faking injuries to accuse Depp of domestic abuse. If found guilty of this charge, she may face up to three years of jail time.
