The Game and Wack 100 are facing new heat after the attorney for Priscilla Rainey claims the rapper and his manager have been hiding his assets in an attempt to dodge coughing up the settlement cash. A judge granted Priscilla Rainey $7M after she sued the rapper for sexual assault but he's publicly stated that he has no intention of coughing up the dough.
In documents obtained by AllHipHop, Rainey's lawyer claims that Wack 100 and The Game have both been doing anything they can in order to avoid paying the judgment.rt documents.
"Post-judgment discovery has revealed that Taylor owns almost no assets under his own name, but assigns his interests to receive revenue to his manager, his manager’s company, and other Taylor-owned holding companies,” Michael Jason Lee, Rainey's lawyer, said in court. Lee also accused The Game of transferring his home to Wack as a gift because “the conveyance [was] a bonafide gift, and the grantor received nothing in return.”
At this point, Rainey's aiming to get her money from The Game's royalties.
“If Taylor is given any notice or opportunity, he may simply create another legal entity, as he has done before, or assign his rights to receive payments from BMI to Cash Jones,” Lee continued. “Rainey’s cause will be irreparably prejudiced if this request for a restraining order is heard according to regular noticed motion procedures.”
