After Eliza Reign confirms that Future is the father of her child, she's taking him to court over making false allegations and allegedly trying to get her to have an abortion.

As the title of his latest album suggests, Future is High Off Life with much to celebrate. His son recently celebrated his birthday, his new album went gold in a matter of hours after its release, and of course, he has Lori Harvey. Things, for the most part, are smooth sailing for Pluto. However, even with much to celebrate, ongoing baby mama drama is still making rounds with Eliza Reign recently confirming that Future is, indeed, the father of her child.

According to TMZ, Reign is now taking Future to court over several claims including trying to coerce her into having an abortion. She filed a countersuit recently where she pointed out occasions where he made false allegations about her in the public including calling her a "hoe," saying she has mental health issues, and claiming she sleeps around for money.

The court docs include a text from Future that reads, "let your lawyers speak for u at this point! u bogus, stole my last name now u want to b relevant jus fall back off the net trying to to prove a point." She also said he texted her, "TMZ this bitch stole my last name I think that's what i heard! I will never respect a clout chasing bitch NEVERRRRRRR FOH."

Eliza added that the rapper allegedly threatened to have her killed when she was pregnant "in an attempt to coerce her to terminate her pregnancy."

Reign is suing Future for libel, slander and emotional distress.
