Earlier today we premiered a new record from former Bad Boy rapper King Los, "Only One Of Me." Along with the new single, Los had some big news to share; he inked a deal with RCA for himself and the After Platinum imprint.
Now, in a press release about the new deal, we get a few more details. The rapper is working on his debut album for 2015 which will be executive produced by Diddy.
Los says of the new venture, "After Platinum and RCA coming together is history in the making. This is an incredible home for us, and the perfect platform for us to reach the next level."
After Platinum C.E.O. Ernie Romero also gave his two cents, "It was very important to us that we join a team whose goals for Los's career aligned with ours. RCA gets it. We’ve spent years getting to this point, and we look forward to taking his career to new heights alongside RCA."
Will this new deal finally give Los the push he needs to break into the mainstream? Let us know your thoughts in the comment.
