Over the past few weeks, it appears as though many have forgotten about the Coronavirus and the risks it poses to our population. Millions of people have been infected at this point and it doesn't seem like things are getting any better. While sports leagues look the re-open, they are doing so with a wariness that things could go horribly wrong at any moment. There is still a lot we don't know about this virus and it certainly isn't to be taken lightly.
According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, it seems as though the virus is now causing problems for football teams in the state of Texas. Numerous players on the Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans have been infected, including Ezekiel Elliott of the Cowboys. The names of the other players have not been released.
This is bad news for all of the parties involved and we sincerely hope that everyone is going to be okay. While the disease is mostly only deadly for the elderly, there are still plenty of healthy young people who have been significantly hurt by the disease. Hopefully, all the players are taking the proper quarantine precautions, and are on the mend.
