Megan Thee Stallion has used her platform to promote petitions and more, spreading ways to seek justice for Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, and other lives that were taken at the hands of police brutality. She has also popped up on the front lines, protesting for change.
This weekend, she was front-and-center at a Black Lives Matter and Pride Month march in Los Angeles, speaking up for Iyanna Dior and other trans black women who have been attacked or killed.
She took the opportunity to go all-out, debuting a new hairstyle that fits the event perfectly.
The rainbow flag has been used for generations to represent the LGBTQIA+ community, using the different colors to serve as the different genders, sexual orientations, and more that have historically been discriminated against. Megan used the flag as a base for her new hair, going rainbow and keeping purple as the dominant color for her roots and tips.
"Today was a good day #allblacklivesmatter #blacklivesmatter," she wrote on Instagram, showing off the new 'do with a matching make-up look.
She gave fans a better look at her style as she flipped her hair and flaunted her curves in another video.
During one of the protests in Hollywood this weekend, a car rammed over two people holding signs. Another protest in West Hollywood saw something similar happen. If you're heading out to protest, be safe!
