The Houston Texans have been a solid franchise with him at the helm and a lot of it is thanks to his leadership abilities both on and off of the field.

In fact, leadership is so important to Watson that he is set to release his very own book on the subject. According to the Houston Chronicle. the book will touch on seven specific qualities a leader needs in order to be successful in all of their endeavors. If you're wondering, those qualities are strength, empathy, generosity, self-sacrifice, service, values in action, and commitment.

This book is set to release in July and we're sure there will be many rushing to store shelves to read it. Watson continues to be one of the more prominent voices in the NFL and you can't help but feel like you could learn a thing or two about leadership from him.
