Bollywood, Dead, RIP
Rising Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead, Sunday.

34-year-old Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his home in Bandra, Mumbai, Sunday. The cause of death appears to be suicide.

Rajput has won several best actor awards at the Indian Television Academy Awards.

Rajput’s former talent manager Disha Salian died as the result of suicide, last week.

Former Disney executive Ronnie Screwvala, who produced Rajput's film Kai Po Che!, wrote about the actor's passing on Twitter: “What goes on in our mind to give up on life – one will never know – really shattering news – RIP @itsSSR – more than an actor – great memories of our recent Kedarnath & Sonchidiya…. full of energy – always respectful of everyone around him – in a Flash and then gone too soon."

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar tweeted similar sentiments: “Honestly this news has left me shocked and speechless…I remember watching #SushantSinghRajput in Chhichhore and telling my friend Sajid, its producer how much I’d enjoyed the film and wish I’d been a part of it. Such a talented actor…may God give strength to his family.”

Rajput's newest film, Dil Bechara, an official Bollywood remake of The Fault in Our Stars, is set to release soon. It's been delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
