Jose Harris Cause of Death Overdose
Floyd Mayweather's ex and the mother to his children, Josie Harris, passed away back in March.

Family and friends of Josie Harris were left stunned when news broke that the beloved mother had passed away. The circumstances around her death were ominous, as it was reported that Josie Harris was found by one of her children sitting in her car in her driveway. There were plenty of conspiracy theories surrounding how and why the mother of Floyd Mayweather's children lost her life, and on Friday (June 12), The Blast reports that her cause of death has been revealed.

According to the outlet, the Los Angeles Medical Examiner-Coroner stated that an autopsy found that Josie Harris died of “MIXED DRUG TOXICITY (FENTANYL, ALPRAZOLAM)." The mother of three's death has been reportedly ruled as accidental as there were no signs that she intended to take her own life. Alprazolam is an anti-anxiety medication that is also known as Xanax.

Following her death, Floyd Mayweather took to his social media pages to pay tribute to his ex. He shared a series of heart-warming photos from their past together, calling Josie Harris his "baby" and "sunshine." His social media dedication to Josie was criticized due to the reports that she and Floyd were headed to court later this year. Josie Harris reportedly filed a $20 million lawsuit against Floyd because she claimed that he lied about her during an interview with Katie Couric years ago.
