Band-Aid announced that they'll be launching a new line of bandages in a variety of different skin tones in response to the Black Lives Matter movement.

Band-Aid is committed to making change for the Black community in any way they can, which is why they've decided to create a new line of racially diverse bandages in a variety of different skin tones to best represent all human beings across the board. The company shared a post on Instagram announcing their more inclusive line, along with a photo of the new bandage shades.

"We hear you. We see you. We’re listening to you," Band-Aid said in their statement. "We stand in solidarity with our Black colleagues, collaborators and community in the fight against racism, violence and injustice. We are committed to taking actions to create tangible change for the Black community.⁣"

⁣"We are committed to launching a range of bandages in light, medium and deep shades of Brown and Black skin tones that embrace the beauty of diverse skin," they continued. "We are dedicated to inclusivity and providing the best healing solutions, better representing you.⁣" The bandage brand also announced that they'll be putting their money where their mouth is. "In addition, we will be making a donation to Black Lives Matter.⁣ We promise that this is just the first among many steps together in the fight against systemic racism.⁣ We can, we must and we will do better."
