This Air Jordan 1 colorway didn't seem to sit right with some of the fans.

One of the greatest sneakers of all time is the Air Jordan 1 which came out all the way back in 1985. Since that time, there have been numerous colorways to drop and most of them have been extremely popular amongst sneakerheads. Every once and a while, Jordan Brand comes out with an offering that leaves fans divided. Well, thanks to the Twitter account Py_Leaks, we now know of a new colorway that is already turning some heads.

This model is set to drop in the Spring of 2021 and is listed as WHITE/BLACK/VOLT/UNIVERSITY GOLD. As you can see from the rendering below, the sneaker has a white toe box and side panels, while the overlays are black. From there, the bottom of the back heel is university gold while the top part of the heel is volt.

Fans felt as though the colorway doesn't really make sense when compared to other High OGs and that it mostly looks like a Mid. Others were straight up disgusted with the new colorway with some noting that it would have looked better without the volt on the top.

Either way, this shoe is dropping in a year's time so if you like them, it's a good time to start saving your money.
