Future has officially released his eighth studio album High Off Life. With twenty-one new songs, there is a lot for fans of the Atlanta rapper to unpack. While it was always a given that the album would be successful commercially, the inclusion of one track in particular pushed it over the edge in terms of accolades.
It has been reported that, right off the bat, Future's new album High Off Life was certified Gold by the RIAA. You may be asking how that's even possible. Well, let me help you out.
On the project, there are several songs that were previously released, including "100 Shooters" with Meek Mill and Doe Boy and "Life Is Good" with Drake. The latter track was a crazy commercial success, peaking at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and challenging hard for the #1 spot in most weeks. While it never hit that mark, sales were strong enough for Future's new album to benefit from that one track to go Gold right away.
Already, "Life Is Good" has been certified quadruple platinum, which can't hurt the all-time numbers for High Off Life.
