The numbers have arrived for Chris Brown's long-awaited album X. The projections determined that Breezy's new album would sell around 120,000 units opening week. However, the final numbers surpass this.
Billboard reports today that Chris Brown's album debuts at #2 on their 200 chart. Barbara Streisand took the top spot with her new album Partners. Nonetheless Brown came strong, moving 146,000 copies opening week. This is his best debut week since his album F.A.M.E. in 2011 (which did 270,000). His last album before X, Fortune, moved 135,000 copies in 2012.
