Rae Sremmurd have already received enough co-signs to make any new artist happy (among them, Kendrick Lamar and Chance The Rapper), however, there's even more good news coming their way as Billboard projects that they will land within the top 10 next week. Not too shabby for their first album, which at first was just going to be an EP, and which dropped after the holiday rush.
SremmLife, released via Mike WiLL Made It's Ear Drummers imprint, is expected to sell 45,000-50,000 units opening week. The album just dropped two days ago, and features the certified-gold single "No Type" as well as their earlier smash "No Flex Zone." The Young Thug & Nicki Minaj-featured "Throw Sum Mo" is on its way to becoming the third hit for these Tulepo, Mississippi brothers.
Have you copped the album? Thoughts? Stay tuned next week for their final first week sales.
