Steve Harvey will soon be settling into his brand new digs in Atlanta, as the TV host just purchased a massive estate in ATL previously owned by Tyler Perry. According to TMZ sources, Steve and his wife, Marjorie, just made the deal on the Buckhead mansion, which Tyler had initially purchased back in 2007. TMZ's source says that "Tyler has a lot of great memories from the house and is happy his friends Steve and Marjorie will be calling it home."
After Tyler bought the 17 acre property 13 years ago for $9 million, he put tons of his own money into renovating the nearly 35,000 square foot gated estate. In 2016, he sold the property to evangelist and entrepreneur David Turner for $17.5 million.
The sprawling estate includes a seven-bedroom mansion with an underground ballroom, a massive infinity pool with a bar, indoor resistance pool, lighted tennis court, gym, spa, theatre, wine cellar, and a guest house. There's also a runway to land remote control airplanes. Check out photos of the estate here.
Steve and Marjorie aren't the first famous couple to scoop up some of Tyler's old digs. Last month, it was revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were actually staying at Tyler's $18 million, 25,000 square foot mansion in L.A. while they looked for their own place.
