Tyler, The Creator talks about his youth, his relationship with Earl Sweatshirt and more in the new issue of Fader.

Following the unveiling of Migos' new cover of the Fader last week, Tyler, The Creator nabs the second cover of the magazine.

The cover story takes us inside Tyler's mansion where he lives with his mom and two sisters, and delves into Tyler's past as well as the current album he's cooking up, which has no title yet. He speaks on growing up in Inglewood, his father, and we get to glimpse his relationship with his mother. Tyler also shed light on his relationship with Earl Sweatshirt, which changed upon Earl's return to the U.S. Earl ended up opting out of a deal with Odd Future's imprint according to Fader, wanting to start his own imprint at Columbia. Tyler also confirmed the two haven't worked together since Earl's Sasquatch album in 2013. Tyler said this of Earl:

"That's my nigga. We just aren't as close as we were. It's kind of weird, but I'm aware and smart enough to know, okay, shit changes. Shit changes, people get older, people's goals change. As fucking outlandish and outspoken as I am, I don't like confrontation. I'm not a piece of shit, man. I'm fair to everyone."

He also spoke a bit on who he wants to get on his untitled album: "I want to get Jay Z and Rick Ross on a remix of one song. I'm [gonna get] Cherry Glazerr and Leon Ware on this other one. I sent some shit to Willow Smith, man. She better not flex!" He added, "Yeah… Keyshia Cole could do it. That's who I need. Keyshia Cole."

Tyler's blue hoodie is scrunched over most of his face on the magazine cover, check that out above as well as other photos from the shoot. Read the full cover story here.
