Aside from that enticing tidbit, the rapper took fans back ten years ago to this day, long before he had truly made an impression in the game. In fact, he was ready to hang it up entirely, provided the album didn't perform as well as he was banking on. "I recorded this album in my Grandmama kitchen, and to know that it’s a fan favorite to this day hits different," writes Krizzle. "I put everything I had into making this album. I used “Wuz” because this could have been the last project I put out, if things didn’t takeoff. But here we are, 10 years later and 10 albums in. I guess you could say… A Day Makes All The Difference."
"I want to thank everybody that was a part of this project , all the people that supported this project, all the DJ’s that kept these records spinning and all the bloggers that helped make me a household name," he continues. "Thank you for taking a chance on this COUNTRY SHIT." And there you have it -- a classic mixtape, one that helped launch the career of an elite lyricist, has officially turned ten. Get ready to revisit K.R.I.T. Wuz Here when it hits your DSP of choice later this month.
