Tyler, The Creator issues a statement after his GOLF shop was damaged during the Los Angeles protests.

The Fairfax District in Los Angeles was hit by protestors and looters this weekend, leaving shops like Flight Club and others damaged. Other properties, including the flagship GOLF store, selling Tyler, The Creator's clothing brand, was left in pretty bad shape, but that didn't stop the rapper from joining the thousands of protestors hitting the streets to let their voices be heard.

Tyler and Jasper took to the street to join the demonstrations taking place in Southern California. He also issued a statement on the damage done to his shop, noting that he could care less about the store when there are much more serious issues happening.

"BLACK FURY: keep your eyes wide and educate yourself," wrote the official Golf Wang account on Instagram. "And the store is fine, but even if it wasn't, this is bigger than getting some glass fixed and buffing spray paint off, understand what really needs to be fixed out here. Stay safe, love."

Tyler, The Creator's shop was one of many storefront locations in Los Angeles' Fairfax District to suffer damage as a result of the protests. Clearly, Tyler is more focused on the task at hand -- fixing racial inequality -- than some physical property.

Big ups, Tyler.
