Michael Jordan had a lot to answer for at the height of his success in 1993.

During the 1993 playoffs, Michael Jordan was trying to do something that hadn't been done in a while: win three championships in a row. This wasn't going to be an easy task although Jordan and his Bulls were ready to take on any challenge that came their way. One of the unforeseen challenges of their 1993 title run was the media attention MJ was getting for allegedly escaping to Atlantic City during the Eastern Conference Finals, to go gambling.

At the time, it was becoming apparent that Jordan loved to gamble and there were rumors about who he was getting himself involved with, including a golf hustler who was brought up on drug charges. Eventually, Jordan sat down for a full-length interview where he admitted to gambling although he made sure to note that he could quit at any time and that it wasn't a real addiction.

These revelations were all shown during Episode 6 of "The Last Dance" last night and fans had a field day on Twitter as they flooded the timeline with some hilarious jokes and memes. Jordan's head of security, the late John Michael Wozniak, even became an unlikely hero of the documentary as he defeated Jordan in a game of coin tossing.

Needless to say, Twitter has no chill. Check out some of the best memes, below.
