The Area Boyz themselves have returned with a brand new project that's fitting for the weeks of hot weather we'll be getting this summer. NSG dropped of their new project, Roots last week that delivers the pop sensibility that's oh so necessary for these times. The eighteen track project is filled with potential summer hits with the intro even paying homage to the Arthur theme song with a strong reggae tone. The project includes appearances from Chip, Randy Valentine, and Tion Wayne who appears on the massive single, "Options."
"Thank you everyone for accepting NSG for being ourselves and letting us express freely by embracing our style and culture. You all motivate us to be better and unique than we were yesterday and for that God Bless you," the group said in a statement published on Twitter. "The world will soon respect our heritage and our beautiful ways, thanks once again."
