Slayter taps Benny The Butcher, Sada Baby, and more for his latest project.

A few days after releasing his single, "DIABOLICAL" with Benny The Butcher, Retch, and Smoke DZA, he's back with his latest project, WORLD GOT ME FUCKED UP VOL. 1. Surely, with everything going on in the world, this title is as accurate as one can be during these times. With 12 tracks in total, Slayter delivers a bit of everything from more traditional, sample-based styles, like on "DIABOLICAL" to street-sweeping bangers like "UP THE SCORE" with 22Gz and Maxo Kream. Other guest appearances on the project include Jay Critch, Yungeen Ace, Sada Baby, and Statik Selektah.

"IU wasn’t sure if I should even drop my tape with everything that’s going on but then I remembered how I felt in December when everybody was fronting on me and I couldn’t catch a break. I remembered how frustrated and angry I was that everything around me was falling apart but I still knew I would persevere because I thrive in chaos," he said about the project on Instagram. "And that’s when I realized a lot of people in the world prolly feel that way right now. I would be doing the people a disservice to hold on to this pain during a time like this."
