Shoreline Mafia has been holding it down over the past two years, though it feels like many of the group's members have been producing more solo records recently. Fenix Flexin, for example, has been on a roll. He's released a consistent amount of solo records in the past little while. This week, he teamed up with Astro for his latest single, "Toxic." The rapper tackles a muddy West Coast instrumental while addressing the toxic energy that surrounds him from the streets to trifling women in his life.
His latest record isn't "official," per se, as Fenix called on DJ Phat to debut the single with beat tags and all. The new song, however, is part of Fenix Flexin's first solo mixtape which is due out later this year.
Quotable Lyrics
I hear the streets talkin'
I start the beef often
N***a want to play with me
Then he gon' need coffins
I been pourin' up this drank like I'mma keep coughin'
I feel them n***as hatin' on me but I feed off it
