Too $hort can pretty much do whatever he wants at this point. Over the course of three and a half decades, Too $hort has delivered countless amounts of projects, singles, and mixtapes that has established him as a West Coast legend. But even as he's established himself as a legendary figure, he doesn't stop putting in work. He's been extremely active this year and clearly, his creativity holds no bounds.
Over the weekend, Too $hort linked up with Lexy Panterra for their new single, "Off And On." Too $hort and Lexy deliver a sexy, pop anthem with the latter taking the lead on the hook. Too $hort keeps a cool posture throughout the track as he reflects on past woes with women, though it seems more likely that he's referencing the pimp game.

Quotable Lyrics
I send you on them routes to pick up thousands
First class flights, exotic islands
You would've been gone if you didn't want me
I ain't going nowhere, we still gettin' that money
