On "Russian Roulette," Lil Wayne grants Conway The Machine and Benny The Butcher with a simple message: "Let's go to work."

Given everything we've come to learn about Lil Wayne's release schedule, there's a strong chance he didn't even know he was releasing the Funeral Deluxe Edition last Friday. Notoriously aloof about such matters, the legendary Weezy makes up for it with meticulous attention-to-detail in the booth. Over time, he's become one of the lyricists we can count on -- guaranteed to fire off clever punchlines and impeccable flow schemes, the likes of which have left rappers awestruck for years now.

And that's exactly what he does on "Russian Roulette," a Deluxe Edition highlight that pairs him with Conway The Machine and Benny The Butcher. Two esteemed lyricists and representers of the Griselda movement, Conway and Benny have clear chemistry with Wayne as they take turns obliterating the soulful banger. "I would walk down and draw down on you, tell your woadies pray for you," he spits, frantic yet controlled. "And your shooters better be some fuckin' Golden State Warriors."

Be sure to check out the new track now, a monumental union between Young Money and Griselda; given the talent involved in this collaboration, would you reason that it lived up to expectation?

QUOTABLE LYRICS

And the coke got me sweating, keep a towel on my shoulder
Like I used to coach the Georgetown Hoyas
I would walk down and draw down on you
Tell your woadies pray for you
And your shooters better be some fuckin Golden State Warriors
I'm gettin' older, other day I told my soldiers
Spare nothing except the strollers, but my heart used to be colder
