On the one hand, 2020 has been a bit of a cluster as it seems that the world continues to spin out of control. On the other, hip hop artists have been releasing some praiseworthy projects, and when we heard that Freddie Gibbs and Alchemist had joined forces on a joint effort, we were prepared to have our speakers be set ablaze. Without fail, Gibbs and Alchemist—who are both known for their acclaimed collaborations—have set themselves apart with their newly released project Alfredeo that hit streaming services at the stroke of midnight.
The 10-track project boasts a handful of features from artists who are admired in the rap game and beyond. Tyler, The Creator along with Rick Ross and Griselda icons Benny The Butcher and Conway The Machine all add their flavor to Alchemist and Gibbs's mix, so check out Alfredo and let us know which track dominates.
