Most of the world was introduced to West Chester University sophomore Tunji Ige via the Michael Christmas & iLoveMakonnen-assisted remix of his everyman anthem "Day2Day," and with his subsequent tracks, he proved the jam wasn't a fluke. Well, now his debut effort, The Love Project, has arrived. As soon as you hear the beat switch-up at the end of opening track "For Us," you'll want to let this tape rock 'til it pops.
With immediately noticeable songwriting chops, a knack for creating intriguing beats, and an excellent cultivation of a specific vibe, Ige seems like he'll be around for a while. Look for this dude to really take off going into 2015.
