It looks like J. Cole is hitting the road again this summer, and at a bargain rate again. The Roc Nation artist announced late Tuesday night that he will be embarking on the second annual “Dollar & A Dream Tour.”
Expected to hit major cities across the U.S., this summer’s tour celebrates the 5 year anniversary of Jermaine's breakthrough mixtape The Warm Up. To pay homage to the project, the North Carolina rapper will be performing all 22 songs off the 2009 project during his upcoming tour.
Now if you're completely unaware of last summer's agenda, the “Dollar & a Dream” tour hit 10 cities across the U.S. and Canada, and held an entry fee of only $1. Yes, I'm talking only 4 quarters. Shows took place at secret venues on a first-come, first-serve basis once a location was announced by J. Cole on Twitter hours before showtime. I imagine this summer's tour will be very similar to this.
The dates and ticket information are not yet available, but we will update you once they come out.
Who's excited about going to this?
