HNHH recently sat down with the Migos to discuss their new mixtape "Streets On Lock 3", their upcoming studio album "YRN2" and more.

Atlanta's Migos trio dropped their new Streets On Lock 3 mixtape with Rich The Kid on Sunday, which will ultimately be a six-part series if all goes well. The 26-track project is feature heavy, to say the least, with guest appearances from Wiz Khalifa, Chevy Woods, Rich Homie Quan, Young Thug, K Camp, PeeWee Longway, Ty Dolla $ign, Chinx, Soulja Boy, Skippa Da Flippa and Chill Will.

Baker (our new host) recently caught up with Quavo, Offset and Takeoff after a gig in Washington, D.C. to discuss the new tape, their upcoming studio album YRN2 and their feature selection process, among other things.

On Features & Shots:

Offset: Like I said, we fuck with who we fuck with, you know what I mean? If we're going to take a shot we're going to take a shot at you.

Quavo: We're going to call you out, if anything.

Offset: You see who's on the songs with us.

Takeoff: If you feel like it's towards you, then it's towards you, if you feel a type of way.

Quavo: The critics call out the people who do it anyway, so we don't have to call them out.

Offset: We aint gotta say nothing we just sit back and laugh, but you see who we on the songs with. We fuck with who we fuck with.

On Streets On Lock 3:

Quavo: Rich the Kid, that's our boy, so it's just been a good sequel. Ever since we came out and we dropped YRN and then Streets On Lock, No Label 2 ... we just kept going. We needed to give the streets something else. We got the streets on lock.

Takeoff: They were asking for it.

Offset: You know we just dropped a project. So we've just got way more music. We don’t ever stop making music, so it ain't never going to stop. We going to keep the sequel going no matter what's going on, to stay relevant. That's why Twitter's talking about us.

Quavo: I don't know how long we're about to go, though - we're probably going to go to six. Streets On Lock 6.

Takeoff: Long as God's keeping us here, we're going to stay consistent.

On The Industry:

Quavo: Learned to stay patient, learned to be patient and have consistent music.

Offset: I learned it's loyalty between us - these other niggas pussy.

Takeoff: For real, you know what I'm saying? You can't trust nobody.

Offset: We stay in our own lane, we fuck with who we fuck with. We fuck with who fuck with us.

Takeoff: Straight QC [Quality Contol].

Offset: We ain't rockin' with the industry. We've got to work with what we've got going on.

Takeoff: This my family right here - QC. This is who I'm rocking with, and that's the label.

On Young Rich Niggas 2:

Quavo: We might not have no features on the album.

Takeoff: We're more than 10 songs in now.

Quavo: We don't stress over features too much. We just do them if the time is right and if it makes sense. It has to make sense. And after that, we probably much don't have no features though. So YRN2 just going to be us three making our money together.

Offset: Why would we get a feature when we have three different flavors going crazy on the track as it is?

Takeoff: I don't have to split no money besides with my brothers, we going to get the cash together.
