Eminem is known for his technical ability, and while he's put his sheer rapping talent on display on plenty of songs, "Rap God" took the showmanship to another level. Turns out, the blindingly fast delivery from the Marshall Mathers LP II single has earned it a nod from Guinness World Records for having the most words in a hit single.
Em apparently gets through 1,560 words in 6 minutes, 4 seconds (with many repeated, of course) on the track which peaked at number 7 on the Billboard 200. The fact that it happens to be rather long for a hit definitely played to its favor, but the lightning fast delivery is what ultimately sealed the deal for Shady.
Metallica, One Direction, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry and Shakira will also be featured in the new edition of the Guiness book. Watch the video for "Rap God" below.
