The Game just recently announced that his next album, BLOOD MONEY LA FAMILIA, will be dropping in the Fall on September 16th. After releasing its debut single, “Bigger Than Me”, yesterday, The Game decided to shake up the industry once more Monday night and make another huge announcement.
Talking with Power 106 L.A.’s Justin Incredible, The Game revealed that he plans to release The Documentary 2 in January 2015. That’s right, only a few months after the Blood Money compilation album comes out will we have another album from The Game. The album will serve as a follow-up to his 2005 debut, The Documentary, which was executive produced by Dr. Dre.
Obviously little details were revealed about The Doc. 2, but The Game did say that he was taking things back to the beginning and looking to have Just Blaze, Scott Storch, and Dr. Dre as producers on the sequel.
We'll keep you posted on any further updates about this, but I'm thinking after this announcement today, all the focus will be back on the Blood Money album for September. Look for their second single, "Or Nah", to arrive soon.
