When Lil Kim released a freestyle this week, rehashing her beef with the currently hotter than ever Nicki Minaj, it seemed like an announcement may follow soon. Right no time, Kim has given us a new release date for her oft-delayed project, Hard Core 2k13.
The tape was scheduled to drop last Halloween, before being pushed back to Black Friday. After missing that date as well, there have been no updates on the project whatsoever, but Kim has just announced that the tape, now appropriately titled, Hard Core 2k14, will be hitting the net on September 11th.
You can check out Kim's most recent Nicki diss here. Check out her tweet announcing the new date below.
[Update: Official Artwork Revealed]
With Lil Kim’s Hard Core project only two days away, the Queen Bee decided to go ahead and reveal the project’s official artwork tonight via Twitter.
It will be available for download this Thursday (9/11) at 9:11 PM EST. Look for it to include freestyles over songs from Beyoncé, Rae Sremmurd, Bobby Shmurda, and of course the much-talked about Nicki Minaj diss “Identity Theft.”
