It's been a big week for Nav.

It looks like Nav is finally getting the recognition he's been looking for all along. The rapper's trajectory in the rap game has been, and is still, in doubt but he's proving the naysayers wrong. The rapper dropped off his project Bad Habits last week, an album he hoped would finally get him TMZ-level fame. Now, it looks like he's well on his way as the rapper's sophomore album is expected to top the charts this week.

Nav's latest album is set to debut at number one on the Billboard 200, according to industry forecasters. The rapper's expected to earn 80K units in his first week which is an increase from his initial sales projection. While the project dropped last Friday, he followed the release with a deluxe version that also played a factor in his predicted position on the chart. Nav added three new songs to the deluxe edition, including the Future-assisted "Amazing," as well as the previously released Brown Boy EP. The first week numbers will likely be based on mainly streaming figures although merch bundles are set to have given the first-week numbers a boost.

The rapper's previously landed in the top 10 with his debut album Reckless which peaked at #8 on the chart. His self-titled debut in 2017 reached #24 while Perfect Timing, his collaborative project with Metro Boomin, made its way to #13.
