Sonic and Red Bull are trying to keep everyone hydrated and energized all summer.

With summer just around the corner, Sonic's has some new items to unveil to the public. Sonic Drive-In is a perfect spot to grab some classic fast food grub like cheeseburgers, chili dogs, corn dogs, fries and so much more. However, they recently announced that they've joined forces with Red Bull to enhance a classic summer beverage.

Sonic has announced a new addition to their menu, Sonic's Red Bull Slush, in partnership with the energy drink company. The fast food spot will be selling mediums for $3.99 which serves Red Bull in a slush format. Additionally, they'll be adding the energy drink to a more fruity flavor for the Cherry Limeade Red Bull Slush. Sonic will also be selling .4 fl oz. cans of Red Bull at participating locations.

“There’s nothing more satisfying than the taste of Red Bull in a frozen Slush on a hot summer day and that’s exactly what we’ve captured here with the Red Bull Slush,” vice president of product innovation and development for SONIC, Scott Uehlein said. “Whether a grab-and-go visit or pairing with a Chili Cheese Coney and Tots, SONIC can satisfy guests’ craving for icy cold Slush combined with Red Bull!”

The drink was initially launched at MOSCHINO Desert Party during Coachella Weekend at Indio, California. The beverage is now available at all drive-in locations for a limited time.
