Will Elliot get more than Gurley?

The 2019-2020 NFL season is still roughly five months away, but football fever has already set in. The NFL draft was just completed, and a few big trades and contract signings have fans ready to dive back into the football madness. Le'Veon Bell signed with the Jets, Antonio Brown was traded to the Raiders, Russell Wilson signed a $140 million dollar extension, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. With all these moves occurring over the last month, Ezekiel Elliot's father predicts that his son will be the next to get paid.

Speaking with TMZStacy Elliot first defended his son's weight. "He's in the best shape of his life," gloated Stacy, a statement that holds no weight until the season starts. The proud father also predicted that his son will have a record-breaking season. "You probably gonna see that this year," Stacy claimed after he was asked if his son would ever reach the 2,000 yards in a season mark. "I'm predicting it right now." That's a bold claim. Stacy also believes that Jerry Jones and the Cowboys organization is preparing to offer his son a big contract. "Ezekiel will be the highest-paid running back EVER," boasted Stacy. "In the history of the NFL!"
