SouljaWatches haven't been delivered to customers, Complex reported it, and now, he's threatening legal action against the media company.

Soulja Boy electronic brand has a long way to go before competing with tech giants like Apple and Google, but the first step towards that would probably be delivering your products to your consumers in a timely fashion. Earlier this week, Complex followed-up with Soulja Boy-brand customers who revealed that they haven't received their products yet months after making their initial purchase. Clearly, Soulja Boy didn't like the negative attention and is now threatening to sue everybody at Complex.

Akademiks, Nadeska, and Wayno discussed Soulja Boy's electronic brand yesterday on the show. Wayne didn't have anything bad to say towards Soulja, although he did have a bit of constructive criticism. However, Akademiks used the topic to take a few jabs at the "Crank That" rapper. "Jussie Smollett need to take notes from Soulja Boy," Ak said. "If you're going to fraud, you have to go down waving the flag of black entrepreneurship and black businesses."

Soulja Boy caught wind of the comments and took to Instagram to send legal threats to Complex, Nadeska, Akademiks and "Everyday Struggle."

"Fuck DJ Akademiks, fuck Complex, and fuck Nadeska, and fuck everybody at the 'Everyday Struggle' shit, man. Y'all gon' quit playing with my name, bruh," he said. "I'm taking you to court, bruh. I'm suing your stupid ass. You got me fucked up, n***a," he continued. "I'm takin' y'all to court. I'm suing y'all. Y'all got me fucked up. DJ Akademiks, I'm suing you. Nadeska, I'm suing you. Complex, I'm suing you. 'Cause y'all promoting fake stories."
