Usher is making moves to let go of some of his real estate since he's just sold his third house in less than a year, TMZ reports. The "U Got It Bad" singer has just sold his Atlanta, three bedrooms, three bathroom home for $775,000. Although he didn't gain any profit since purchasing it for $970,000 in June of 2007, the singer didn't do too bad since the home looks as if it didn't get any new renovations done, upping the value.
The 2,908 square foot home features a spacious rooftop, other private balconies, double sink bathrooms and what appears to be a sauna or elevator - peep the photos here.
Last November, Usher sold his 4,261 square foot Sunset home with five bedrooms and six bathroom and then in August he sold his seven-bedroom, seven bathroom Alpharetta, GA home. The selling of homes is around the same time Usher and his wife officially filed for divorce just before the new year.
"After much thought and consideration, we have mutually decided to separate as a couple. We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives," the two said in the statement.
